Exclusive Testing Labs Inc. has one major focus: EXPANSION.

While solidifying the divisional expansion “at home” in the Bronx. Our sights are set on the geographical expansion schedule to begin again in the spring. This includes finding prime locations, talent scouting the right individuals to execute the expansion efforts and providing training and support as we grow. This means that we will be training new managers in 2009. Some will grow to earn the equity role in the company and be eligible to share in the profits they generate.

Exclusive Testing Labs Inc. owes much of its success to its progressive approach to people. Every successful candidate that is accepted starts at the same level because our philosophy emphasizes the importance of leading by example and of having a full understanding of the entire business model. We are seeking trainees in sales, administration & management for our growing business. All candidates must be willing to cross train in all aspects of our business model starting at the entry-level. In addition, all candidates must possess 3 critical attributes: above average people skills, student mentality and intensity for success.

AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES

SALES REPRESENTATIVE TRAINEE

Exciting hands-on program tailored to the individuals’ strengths and weakness in order to provide the most relevant experiences to facilitate development. The training program encompasses the areas of marketing/sales, customer services, account management, campaign strategy and general business management skills with the goal of running one of our regional locations.

ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities include sampling of lead, air, mold, and asbestos. Soil compaction testing. Paid training and certifications for the right candidates.
